"I was looking forward to trying these gummies. I am a terrible sleeper and I was hoping these would help with sleep. They haven't helped falling asleep but they do help with sleeping at longer intervals. These was also the bonus of helping with pain. I had knee surgery last year and the pain in my knee never went away and I get really stiff if I sit for more than 30 mins.
