Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Delivery Options

We offer free shipping on all orders over $51. Otherwise, we offer standard shipping for $8.74. We ship using USPS standard delivery in unmarked envelopes or boxes.

Delivery times

Standard shipping takes 2 to 5 business for delivery to the final address. Our company is located in Portland, Oregon and Western state address will arrive closer to 2 days and Eastern state addresses will arrive closer to 5 business days. However, we cannot control shipping and your shipping times will vary based on the weather and internal operations of USPS.

Lost Packages

Sometimes USPS will lose packages or deliver them to the wrong address. If this happens to your order, rest assured that we will take care of you. Email support@lumigummies.com and we will send a replacement. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Our products are made from hemp and are 100% legal nationwide. However, each state has it's own THC laws for packaging and serving sizes. We are currently developing new products that will meet the packaging and serving size laws of all states, but until then, we cannot ship to Oregon, Utah, or Idaho.
